Product Usage

   Sprinkle on the surface of fresh concrete to form a layer of quick-drying, flexible and waterproof film, which prevents the water from losing too much moisture when the concrete is solidified early, thereby increasing the strength and durability of the concrete and reducing the crack generation and surface dusting. Under the effect of solar ultraviolet rays and wind erosion, the coating film will eventually degrade.

BD-002 is particularly suitable for large exposed concrete surfaces such as:

• Industrial hardened flooring series (new and old plants)

• Highways, airstrips, aircraft taxiways

• Parking lot

• Roof

• Retaining wall

    Before using BD-002, stir it evenly. When the fresh water on the surface of fresh concrete has evaporated, spray the solvent into a thin layer. Do not use a brush or roller for construction. If the film is too thick, the film degradation time is prolonged. When BD-002 is used in a vertical plane, the loose material should be removed immediately after the template is removed.

Precautions

1. Regularly clean spray equipment, especially nozzles, to ensure even spraying.

2. BD-002 is only suitable for use on concrete surfaces under normal weather conditions, the film can be uniformly degraded.

3. The complete degradation of the membrane is related to the degree of exposure of the membrane and the amount of transported it.

4. When not in use, seal the cover.

5. When used in a hardened industrial floor, BD-002 curing agent can be sprayed after about 4h to 6h after the final light collection of the hardened floor is completed.
