Product Description

BD-31 is a mixture of special cement, wear-resistant aggregate, and polymer-modified rheological agents. It is a gray, dry powder that can be self-leveling, free-flowing flooring material simply by adding water.

It can be used either manually or pumped.

Product Usage

The BD-31 is a thin layer of cushion designed for a variety of floors and has a thickness of 2mm to 12mm. Typical floor finishes include:

Design specification

BD-31 can be used on the concrete base surface, but also on the intact cement mortar leveling layer. The compressive strength of the base surface is not less than 25MPa.

The relative humidity of the base surface during the construction of BD-31 shall not exceed 80%. If you want to lay impervious finishes such as epoxy floor screeds and PVC tiles, the relative humidity should not exceed 75%. There are cracks and holes in the base surface and repairs are done using repair mortar material.

During construction, this product will follow the slope of the original ground. If a specific slope is required on the ground, it is necessary to use leveling equipment to assist in the construction.

If the base surface is a new concrete surface, it needs 21 days of age to cast this product on it.

The base surface to be poured BD-31 must be clean, intact, free of grease and other contaminants.

If carpets, polyethylene flooring, and ceramic tiles are to be laid on the product, the choice of adhesive depends on the characteristics of the material being laid.

Health and safety

BD-31 contains cement powder, which when mixed with water or becomes moist, releases alkali that is harmful to the skin.

When in use, avoid breathing dust and contact with skin and eyes.
